At Indigo Earth Spa, we have set out to bring you an environment where the highest levels of skin and body care are provided to nurture the well being of mind, body and spirit. Infusing twenty-first century techniques with knowledge of ancient modalities, We at Indigo Earth Spa are able to tailor each treatment to any individual's own needs. It is our goal to make a difference in the lives we touch by offering the highest level of service by trained professionals in the most relaxing environment for our clients.
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policy and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. The day of your spa service, please provide your form of payment in person. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below. 20% gratuity will be added to all packages and parties of 3 or more.Spa Week gift cards cannot be used on Spa Specials or Packages. All spa packages have a 48 - 72 hour cancellation policy. Although we offer planned spa packages for your convenience, you are welcome to combine any of our spa services for a custom package that meets your needs.

Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amAlthough we offer planned spa packages for your convenience, you are welcome to combine any of our spa services for a custom package that meets your needs.ounting to fifty percent cost of the scheduled service cost in all circumstances, including illness and travel. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. During holidays and for spa packages there is 48 hour notice and spa parties there is a 72 hour notice. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for wellness the same time. We also hand-blend ingredients for most of our spa services and these are prepaired in advanced just for your spa service. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking. You will not be charged unless there is a cancellation with-in 24 hours to 72 hours or no show. You may cancel or change your appointment without charge 24-72 hours before the day of your appointment based on service booked. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
As a courtesy to our team and other clients, late arrival will shorten your treatment time. Arrival fifteen minutes or more after your treatment time will be considered as a “no show” and the cancellation fee will apply.
Inclement Weather Policy
The standard policy is that appointments canceled with less than 24-72 hours notice incur a cancellation fee. During a weather advisory, we are willing to make an exception to that rule. If a weather advisory is issued and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge.
For parties of three or more, please contact our group coordinator, for group booking policies and availability. A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing. A deposit of 30% of reserved services is required to hold reservations. A 20% gratuity will be added to all spa parties. Packages and groups of three or more 18% gratuity will be added to all spa services. Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire for fees and available dates.
We kindly ask for cell phones not to be used in the Spa and that you turn your cell phones off or on vibrate upon arrival. Remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Please no photos.
Prices and Services:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. Beach Spa pricing is higher than pricing for the Main Spa services.
Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, by phone at 850-303-3669 or by email. Out of town? Too busy? No problem. We will mail or email your gift certificate to you or them, email@example.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash and gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment. Gift Certificates may have block out dates on certian holidays.
We invite all our guest receiving services to make full use of our relaxing environment here at Indigo Earth Spa. Come early, stay late, bring a book, relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary tea, coco water, cocoa or hot cider when available. Couples and spa parties are more than welcome to bring wine and we will provide the glasses.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Indigo Earth Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any unused product within 5 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash or credit refunds for returned product or services. Do feel free to contact our Spa Director so we can take care of any concerns
